AMPED sells officially licensed rock and music nostalgia merchandise. All artist names, band logos, album art, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners and used under official license agreements with their authorized merchandisers (which may include, without limitation, Sony Music, Universal Music Group, Bravado, Live Nation Merchandise, and similar licensors). AMPED does not claim ownership of any artist trademarks displayed on its products.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to refuse service for any reason at any time.
We strive to display product information, images, colors, dimensions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, and slight variations between product photography and the actual product may occur.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Promotions and sales prices are valid only while supplies last and during the specified period.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product at any time, and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing or product information.
Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. AMPED reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we send you a shipment confirmation. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or AMPED. You may terminate by ceasing all use of the Site. AMPED may terminate or suspend access at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, AMPED, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
