AMPED ships officially licensed rock and music nostalgia merchandise across the United States. This page tells you exactly what to expect — from order processing to delivery — with no surprises.

1. Shipping Destinations

AMPED ships to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

2. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment notification.

5. Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays enter processing the next business day.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays do happen. If your package is more than 5 business days past its estimated delivery date, email us at support@ampedstore.com with your order number. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you don't have it, check around your front door, mailbox area, neighbors, and household members. Wait 48 hours, then if still missing contact us within 7 days. Confirmed lost-in-transit cases are eligible for replacement or refund. AMPED is not liable for packages stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery, but we'll help you file a claim.

7. Incorrect Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout, contact us within 4 hours of order placement to attempt a correction. If the order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. Returned-to-sender packages will be re-shipped at your cost or refunded minus the original shipping fee.

8. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws. Tax shown at checkout is final.

9. Multiple Shipments

Occasionally, items in the same order ship from different fulfillment centers and may arrive separately. You'll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.

10. Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product, email support@ampedstore.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund - see our Refund Policy.

11. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may modify or cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it. After that, our team has likely begun processing. If your order has already shipped, it falls under our Refund Policy.
