At AMPED, we want you to love your officially licensed rock and music nostalgia merchandise. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. This policy explains exactly how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to initiate a return. Returns initiated after 30 days cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and free from any signs of wear, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

Items that cannot be returned (non-returnable): gift cards, final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase), personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved keepsakes), intimate apparel for hygienic reasons, and used or damaged items not caused by us.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we cover everything. Email us at support@ampedstore.com within 7 days of delivery, include your order number and 2-3 clear photos showing the issue, and we'll send a prepaid return label or, in some cases, ship a replacement without requiring the original back. You'll receive a full refund (including original shipping cost) or a replacement at no additional cost.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@ampedstore.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[your order number]"
  2. Briefly tell us the reason for the return
  3. Within 1-2 business days, we'll reply with return instructions and the return address
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship it back using a tracked carrier of your choice (we recommend USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking)
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

5. Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, AMPED pays the return shipping (we provide a prepaid label). For change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defective reasons, the buyer covers return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we'll send you an email confirming the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit cards take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, PayPal typically 1-3 business days, and Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay 3-7 business days.

If more than 14 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, contact your bank first. If the issue persists, email us.

7. Exchanges

For size exchanges or color swaps, the fastest method is to place a new order for the size/color you want, return the original following the steps above, and we'll refund the original order once received. This way, you don't wait for inventory holds.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, contact your bank, and if you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@ampedstore.com.

9. Sale Items

Sale items follow the same return policy as full-priced items unless the product page or checkout explicitly marked the item as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

10. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an unshipped order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it follows the standard return process above.

11. International Returns

AMPED currently ships and processes returns within the United States only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
