Licensing & Authenticity

Are AMPED's products officially licensed?

Yes. 100% of AMPED's catalog is officially licensed through the band, music label, or authorized merchandise partner. We do not sell bootlegs, fan-made designs, unlicensed reprints, or "inspired by" knock-offs.

How do you verify licensing?

Every supplier we work with is a recognized licensed merchandise distributor. We verify license documentation before adding any artist's products to our catalog. If you'd like documentation on a specific product, email us with the product name.

What's the difference between AMPED and Etsy or Redbubble band merch?

Etsy and Redbubble are open marketplaces where most band merchandise is fan-made and unlicensed - meaning the artist receives no royalty and the design is not authorized. AMPED only stocks officially licensed merchandise from authorized partners. The artist (or their estate) is properly compensated, and you receive the real thing.

Why does it matter if merch is licensed?

Three reasons: (1) you support the artist directly through royalties on every sale; (2) licensed manufacturers use higher-quality blanks, inks, and finishes; (3) you avoid trademark and quality issues that come with unauthorized prints.

Shipping

Where does AMPED ship to?

AMPED ships to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping arrives in 5-8 business days after a 1-3 business day processing window. Expedited (2-3 days) and Overnight options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $5.99.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking links activate within 24 hours of shipment.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

For lost-in-transit cases, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll open a carrier trace. For confirmed stolen packages after delivery, AMPED is not liable, but we'll help you file a carrier or insurance claim. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

What is AMPED's return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed merchandise in original packaging with tags attached. Defective items return free with a prepaid label.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, AMPED pays. If it's a change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defect reason, the buyer pays return shipping.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days. Bank processing adds another 5-10 business days for credit cards (1-3 for PayPal).

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

The fastest method is to place a new order for the correct size/color and return the original. We refund the original once received.

Products & Sizing

How do AMPED t-shirts fit?

Most AMPED tees are 100% ring-spun cotton, classic-fit, true-to-size based on standard U.S. men's sizing. Specific sizing charts appear on individual product pages where applicable.

What materials are AMPED products made of?

T-shirts: 100% ring-spun cotton (some heather variants are cotton/poly blends). Mugs: ceramic, dishwasher-safe in most cases. Doormats: durable polyester face with rubber backing. Framed prints: 11x17 print in a black wood-finish frame. Material details are listed on each product page.

Are the framed posters real frames or printed-on?

Real frames. Each 11x17 framed print arrives as a physical print mounted in a black wood-finish frame, ready to hang. Glass and hanging hardware are included.

Are products limited edition?

Most products are part of the ongoing licensed catalog and restock regularly. Some collectible kits and seasonal drops are limited - those are clearly labeled on the product page.

Payment & Account

What payment methods does AMPED accept?

Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant secure payment infrastructure. AMPED never sees or stores your full payment card details.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is supported. Creating an account makes reordering and tracking past orders easier.

Gifting & Bulk

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. At checkout, ship to the gift recipient's address. We do not include prices on the packing slip when shipping to a different address than the billing address.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes - see the gift card option on our store homepage. Gift cards are delivered electronically and never expire.

Does AMPED do bulk or wholesale orders?

For event-based bulk orders (festivals, fan clubs, retail wholesale), email support@ampedstore.com with the proposed quantity, target ship date, and SKUs of interest.
